Linda McGhee, (she, her, hers) is a clinical psychologist who received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and doctorate in psychology and law degree from George Washington University. She completed the Diversity and Inclusion Program at Cornell University. Her practice specializes in the treatment and assessment of teenagers and adults. Particular assessment specialties include learning disorders, executive functioning, and social and emotional testing. She formerly taught personality assessment at GWU and the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She worked as a psychologist and Director of the Teaching and Learning at the Landon School. As a psychologist, speaker and writer, McGhee has been featured in the Washington Post, New York Times, Huffington Post, and Grown and Flown. She hosts “Good Mental Health” on Radio One, which raises awareness around mental health and she is a regular contributor to the Son Rise Project, an Oprah Winfrey Network podcast to support families of teenagers with mental illness. Dr. McGhee is a Mental Health expert for the Steve Fund, a foundation devoted to improving the mental health of college students of color. She is the 2021-2022 President of the Maryland Psychological Association.

Michelle Davis, Psy.D. (She, her, hers). Dr. Davis received an undergraduate degree from University of North Carolina, and her doctorate in psychology from Argosy University. She has worked the last 15 years as a school psychologist in several D.C. public schools. Her focus is diverse child, adolescent, and adult populations. She has extensive experience with psychological assessments, individual and small group counseling, and crisis intervention. Dr. Davis has provided these services in a myriad of settings, including home, hospital, community mental health, residential, and forensic settings. Her experience as a psychologist and a teacher enables her to easily collaborate with other professionals to address client needs effectively and holistically. She specializes in the treatment of mood and behavioral disorders and psychoducational assessments.

Glenda Augustine, (She, her, hers) is an Educational Consultant and Psychometrician. She is an engineer by training with a degree in Industrial and Systems engineering from the University of Wisconsin. Recently, Glenda has returned to school to get a MS in Distance and E-Learning. She has been helping families in the DC metropolitan area find the right school “fit” for their children since 2008. Glenda is an experienced College Counselor. She has significant experience in executive functioning, admissions testing and educational technology. She regularly attends independent school open houses and college conferences to stay current on admissions trends and regularly (in-person and virtually) visits college campuses. Glenda is a skilled psychometrician who performs classroom observations and test administration.
